When you fill out our quote form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, move date, and move size. If you book a move, we also collect details needed to complete it, such as access notes and payment information handled at the time of service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring site, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies. 3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to quote requests and answer your questions
• Schedule, perform, and follow up on your move
• Contact you by phone, email, or text about your quote or booking — including follow-up messages after you request a quote
• Process payment for completed moves
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• Measure and improve our advertising so we reach people looking for local movers
• Keep records and meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

4. Why we're allowed to use it

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us run the business — for example, our quote-form provider (Formspree), email/SMS tools, and payment processors. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
• Advertising and analytics platforms — we share certain website and activity data with Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through their tracking tags and pixels so we can measure and target our own ads. We display Google reviews on our site through a third-party review widget (Trustindex), which shows reviews that customers have already posted publicly on Google. We do not edit or fabricate reviews. If you leave a review on Google, it is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

8. How long we keep it

We keep quote and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements — typically a few years after your last move. Website analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it, subject to your rights below.

9. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe. Please don't send sensitive details (like full payment card numbers) by email or text.

10. Your privacy rights (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and share it
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the "sharing" or "selling" of your information for targeted advertising
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
